Taiyu Engine Mount Helps Toyota Hydrogen Fuel Commercial Vehicles Achieve Range Breakthrough
Release time:2024-05-20
Taiyu Automotive Parts has signed an agreement with Toyota Motor (China) to exclusively supply integrated engine suspension systems for its hydrogen fuel commercial vehicle Sora II. This product adopts a titanium alloy carbon fiber composite structure, which ensures impact resistance while reducing weight by 55% compared to traditional cast iron brackets, helping the vehicle's range exceed 600 kilometers.
technological innovation
Equipped with double-layer damping and shock absorption technology, the engine vibration amplitude is reduced from 3.2g to 0.8g through the synergistic effect of rubber layer and air spring, improving the stability of the hydrogen fuel system;
Adopting lead-free soldering technology, complying with the EU RoHS 3.0 environmental standard, reducing heavy metal emissions by 12 tons annually, and passing a 1000 hour weather resistance test;
Develop a modular design platform that supports rapid switching between 5 mainstream hydrogen fuel engine models, increasing production flexibility by 70% and reducing changeover time from 2 hours to 15 minutes.
Market Expansion:
Taiyu plans to invest 50 million yuan in expanding its hydrogen fuel parts production line by 2025, with the goal of becoming one of the top five suppliers of hydrogen fuel vehicle brackets worldwide. It is expected that the proportion of related business revenue will exceed 30% by 2026, mainly supporting commercial and passenger hydrogen fuel vehicle models from car companies such as Toyota and Hyundai.
