Taiyu Auto Parts Debuts at Automechanika Shanghai 2025, Releasing Intelligent Factory Solutions

Taiyu Automotive Parts Co., Ltd. will release a full process digital factory solution at the new energy and intelligent networking zone in Hall 5.1 of the Shanghai International Automotive Manufacturing Technology Exhibition (Automechanika Shanghai 2025). As a benchmark enterprise for intelligent manufacturing of automotive parts in the Pearl River Delta region, Taiyu will demonstrate the welding robot workstation and intelligent logistics management system on site, with a focus on showcasing its high-precision engine suspension system and lightweight chassis support that are compatible with Japanese and Korean car companies.
Technical highlights:
The welding robot workstation is equipped with an AI vision inspection system, achieving a welding seam accuracy of 0.05mm, which is 60% more efficient than traditional processes and reduces the defect rate to below 0.5%;
The intelligent logistics management system collaborates deeply with Shenzhen Port to achieve 48 hour full process tracking from order confirmation to global delivery through blockchain technology, reducing annual logistics costs by 18%;
Release a dedicated production line for hydrogen fuel cell brackets, using carbon fiber reinforced plastic (CFRP) material. The weight of a single bracket is reduced by 55% compared to traditional steel, and it has passed a 1000 hour salt spray test.
Industry impact:
Taiyu's participation in this exhibition aims to strengthen its technological connection with international car companies in the field of hydrogen fuel vehicles. It plans to increase the proportion of new energy products to 45% by 2026, and the production capacity of hydrogen fuel components is expected to exceed 3 million units per year.
